What will you be doing?

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in our growth by:

Opportunity Creation

  • Generating opportunities that lead to closed deals and achieving quota targets.
  • Sourcing new pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Investigating potential clients, industries, and markets to effectively target and convert prospects.

Prospecting

  • Engaging potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.

Client Engagement

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.

Pipeline Management

  • Tracking and managing leads and prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation in our CRM system.

Team Collaboration

  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.

Industry Knowledge

  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and provide strategic insights.

Performance Reporting

  • Providing regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, progress, and results to the management team.
