We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join a thriving, market-leading business in South Manchester/Cheshire. In this telephone-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, you’ll be booking appointments for our field staff with potential new business clients.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Sales Development Representative (SDR):

  • Engaging with potential B2B clients over the phone to introduce our services.
  • Booking qualified appointments for our field sales team to follow up.
  • Managing your own pipeline of prospects to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaborating closely with the field staff to ensure a seamless transition from the phone-based appointment to the in-person meeting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A driven and motivated individual with a desire to succeed.
  • Sales experience (telephone-based or face-to-face) is preferred but not essential.
  • Energetic, hard-working, and a natural communicator.
  • Someone who wants to earn and is eager to work hard to achieve uncapped commission potential.
  • You thrive in a target-driven environment and have the ability to build rapport quickly.
