Are you a strategic, creative, and experienced Influencer Manager ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic digital agency?

My client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking an Influencer Manager to lead and drive influencer marketing campaigns for a diverse range of clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile brands and build long-term, impactful relationships with influencers and creators, taking campaigns from concept through to execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

? Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to meet client goals across various industries, including fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and tech.? Building and managing relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies to create authentic brand partnerships.? Negotiating contracts, deliverables, and campaign budgets to ensure the best results for clients.? Managing end-to-end campaign execution, from influencer outreach to content approval and performance reporting.? Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI and engagement.? Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.? Collaborating with internal teams (creative, strategy, content) to ensure cohesive brand messaging across campaigns.

What You'll Need:

? Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media partnerships (agency or brand side).? A strong network of influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across multiple niches and platforms.? Experience in negotiating contracts and managing influencer partnerships with a focus on long-term relationships.? Ability to drive campaign strategy from start to finish, ensuring excellent results.? Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), trends, and analytics tools.? A passionate, creative mindset with a keen eye for trends and the ability to adapt quickly.
