Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Manchester 

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, paving the way for our sales team to close deals. This role is vital to the growth and success of our sales efforts. You will engage with prospects, understand their needs, and showcase how our solutions can add value to their business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking.
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate conversations and nurture relationships with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify Leads: Evaluate potential clients to determine their needs, budget, and decision-making process, ensuring alignment with our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads and provide detailed information to streamline the sales process.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record and manage lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
