We need an analytical, problem solver who can listen to clients needs and assist with solutions, you’ll be someone who can communicate well with a 'get stuck in attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business requirements, processes, and pain points
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations of Sage 200 and its modules to prospects and clients
- Create and present technical solution designs that address specific client needs
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities and provide technical expertise during the sales cycle
- Develop demonstration environments and scenarios that showcase Sage 200's capabilities
- Provide accurate scoping and estimation for implementation projects
- Keep up-to-date with Sage 200 product developments, updates, and marketplace trends
- Advise on integration possibilities with third-party applications and custom development options
You will have:
- Extensive Sage 200 experience
- Deep understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and business workflows
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits
- Experience in requirement gathering and solution design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
