The roleAs the Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our enterprise-wide risk management strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks across various business functions.Responsibilities include:
- Risk Identification & Assessment -Lead the identification and assessment of enterprise-level risks,
- Risk Framework - Develop and implement risk framework across the group
- Risk Monitoring & Reporting - Regularly monitor risk factors and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies. Report on risk exposures to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - collaborate with various departments to assess and mitigate risks, ensuring all teams are aligned on risk management priorities.
- Training & Awareness - Leading risk management training initiatives to ensure all employees are equipped with the knowledge to identify and mitigate risks in their respective areas.
- Culture - driving a risk management culture across the group
- Be an experienced enterprise risk professional with a background in the retail industry
- Hold a risk management qualification (IRM for example) or be working towards
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and methodologies
Envisaged circa £60 - £70k depending upon experienceDiscretionary bonus scheme (15%)Attractive pension and wider benefits package
