My client is a top global consultancy looking for Senior and Managing Consultants to support end-to-end ERP transformations through Agile Delivery and Coaching. You will be leveraging your strong expertise in ERP products alongside championing Agile. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise Agile frameworks and techniques to lead and manage ERP product delivery.
- Design training and coach Agile practices.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Design and execute change management strategies.
- Deliver ERP transformation projects.
Ideal Skillset:
- Strong understanding of implementing Agile and DevOps methodologies
- ERP application knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Sage, D365, Workday etc)
- Leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder management
