An ambitious and rapidly growing business is seeking to recruit a motivated FP&A Business Partner. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance professional to play a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy and driving growth across the Group. You will be involved in key financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis, with direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence business decisions at a high level.
We can consider a part qualified / qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA professional, ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills (particularly in Excel), and a solid understanding of financial processes and systems. You should be a proactive, commercially aware accountant and possess excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
