An innovator and award winning employer of choice with a great track record of success and growth.We are now seeking a talented and ambitious IT Agile Business Consultant.This role has been created as part of succession planning to ensure strong leadership continuity within their Business Alignment team. The role requires a technically skilled Project Manager & Business Analyst to drive key initiatives, bridging the gap between technology and business strategy in the delivery of our solutions for clients as well as for their internal stakeholders. With a strong focus on IT project management, business analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, this role will ensure that IT solutions are effectively aligned with organisational needs.Beyond core responsibilities, this is a growth-focused opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop, whilst , supporting the team within a servant leadership approach to support the development of the team and with a structured path toward future senior leadership. This requires a proactive, solutions-driven professional eager to lead, innovate, and shape their IT solution delivery function.Role-Specific Responsibilities:
  • Motivate the team with enthusiasm.

  • Support the Software Development team in developing specialist knowledge.
  • Manage relationships with customers and suppliers proactively within and beyond IT Services.

  • Provide internal consultancy services and review technology use within the business.
Education & Experience:
  • College or University degree in a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in a similar role.
  • Strategic Thinking – Align IT capabilities with business objectives.
  • Technical Understanding – Knowledge of IT systems, architecture, and emerging technologies.
  • Business Acumen – Understanding business processes, goals, and financial impact.
  • Stakeholder Management – Engaging and communicating effectively with business leaders, IT teams, and clients.
  • Project Management – Combining formal Project Management methodologies (Prince2, Waterfall, PMI, Agile SCRUM).
  • Change Management – Leading organisational change, ensuring smooth adoption of IT solutions.
  • Communication & Collaboration – Clearly articulating technical concepts and working across departments.
  • Process Improvement – Optimising workflows and ensuring efficient use of IT resources.
  • Risk Management – Identifying and mitigating risks in IT-business integration.
Soft Skills:
