About the client:

Our client is a global leader in providing professional services to over 100,000 clients worldwide. In the UK they provide HR and health and safety outsourcing to small businesses.

Description:

Our client is looking for sales professionals, who are motivated and passionate about growing within the business.

You will play a vital role in the sales department, with exceptional communication skills, cold calling businesses, setting up appointments for the business development managers (BDMs) and consistently looking for new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive approach
  • Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions
  • Continuously update and maintain the CRM database with accurate client information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of products or services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
