  • Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to execute the UK sales strategy and drive business growth
  • Conduct agency visits to train agents, strengthen relationships, and identify new opportunities
  • Spend at least three days a week on the road for agency visits and events
  • Attend partner conferences and events and host FAM trips for agents
  • Deliver in-person and online training sessions, including new product introductions
  • Resolve booking issues with empathy, working closely with the contact centre team
  • Partner with the UK GPS team to support events and campaign plans
  • Act as the first point of contact for agent booking queries
  • Record all sales activities accurately in Salesforce
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to implement UK marketing plans

Experience Required:

  • A successful career in travel with an understanding of travel agency/tour operators IS ESSENTIAL (not business travel)!
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Flexible, energetic, and able to work independently or within a team
  • Confident in using various computer systems, Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle
