This is a FULL TIME IMMEDIATE START ROLE

Linear are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual who will play a pivotal role in driving our company's 2025 growth by identifying new customer opportunities, building strong client/customer relationships, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. You will work closely with our business development managers to generate leads, negotiate deals, and ensure the seamless execution of our business development initiatives.

A day in the life of a Graduate Business Development Executive:

Sales Training: Participate in a structured training program that covers all aspects of the sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, closing, and customer relationship management.

Rotational Exposure: Gain exposure to different sales channels, such as B2B, B2C, inside sales, and field sales, to develop a well-rounded understanding of our sales processes and strategies.

Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide product or service information, and offer solutions that meet their requirements, while developing your sales and negotiation skills.

Sales Target Achievement:Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets by applying sales techniques learned during training, with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities, analyze competitors, and stay informed about industry trends.

Project Participation: Lead or contribute to sales projects, such as new product launches, sales campaigns, or customer outreach initiatives, and present your findings and strategies to senior sales leaders.

Mentorship: Work closely with experienced sales managers and mentors who will provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout your training.

Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to help improve sales performance and strategy.
