Role: Assistant Behaviour Manager
Location: Manchester
Qualiteach is currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced assistant behaviour managerfor a secondary school based in the Manchesterarea. The role will begin on 30/09/2024and is offered on a full-time, permanentbasis employed directly by the school.
The role will involve working with pupils who present challenging behaviour and are dis-engaged. This will involve working with pupils at KS3/4 in the school's reflection room, supporting them so they can be re-integratedback into the classroom.
Key requirements:
- Experience of working with secondary age pupils across KS3/4
- Experience of working with pupils who display challenging behaviour
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to quickly and effectively build rapport
- Available from 30/09/2024
- Flexible and adaptable in your approach
- Right to work in the UK
- Hold and enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
