Hours of work: 09:00 17:00 Monday Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Per Annum (£48,000 OTE)

Role Summary:

As a Branch Team Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Legal Advisors, ensuring excellence in client service, compliance, and business performance. You will drive team engagement, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and contribute to the growth of our Manchester branch.


Main duties and responsibilities

Oversee and manage a personal caseload involving Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.

Lead, mentor, and coach both new and experienced Legal Advisors to enhance their skills and performance.

Conduct performance reviews, provide 1:1 coaching, and deliver structured team meetings.

Monitor business performance, track individual and team targets, and implement strategies to drive success.

Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards while promoting best practices.

Act as an ambassador for Right Legal Group, building strong relationships internally and externally.


Key competencies & experience

Strong legal experience in Private Client Law, particularly in Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.

Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Proven ability to lead by example, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.

Dedication to supporting, mentoring, and developing team members.

A results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Excellent organisational skills, including diary management and performance tracking.

Energy / drive high energy and drive to support the team in achieving daily targets and in turn, monthly/yearly targets
