Our client is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their expansive property portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse range of services across multiple sites in the UK and Ireland. What you'll do:

As a Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's property portfolio. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to use as you manage a wide array of services across multiple sites. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building maintenance, from lift maintenance to redecoration. Your commitment to health and safety will shine through as you monitor contractor performance against key performance indicators, ensuring services remain value for money. Your leadership skills will be crucial as you lead on carbon reduction strategies across the estate. Lastly, your keen eye for detail will be essential in managing energy usage and working towards improving EPC ratings.

* Oversee the daily operation of the property portfolio, ensuring all services are provided efficiently

* Manage all aspects of building maintenance, including lift maintenance, external maintenance, internal repairs, redecoration, and statutory compliance

* Monitor contractor performance against key performance indicators and benchmark against other service providers

* Conduct regular meetings with service providers and site teams to review performance and discuss improvements

* Control Permit to Work, Site Inductions, Risk Assessments and Method Statements

* Lead on carbon reduction strategy across the estate

* Manage energy usage and work towards improving EPC rating for all buildings
