We have exciting opportunities for skilled and motivated HR Advisors/Senior HR Advisors to join a leading HR consultancy based in the heart of Manchester. If you have a passion for delivering expert advice in HR and Employment Law, this role offers a dynamic environment to advance your career.

As part of the advisory team, you'll work directly with clients via phone and email to provide legally compliant solutions across all areas of HR and Employment Law. You will play a key role in supporting each client's unique business needs and be responsible for managing cases from start to finish.

Core Responsibilities:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR and Employment Law.

- Provide advice that aligns with the performance and quality standards, managing cases to a resolution.

- Build rapport with clients and ensure accurate documentation of all advice in the system.

- Guide clients to relevant resources within the HR software and review documentation as needed.

- Follow protocols for escalation and manage high-quality handovers.

- Introduce clients to additional services and products where relevant.

- Lead training sessions for both clients and team members, as needed.

- Conduct Welcome Calls with new clients to discuss services and software.

What We're Looking For:

- Background in Human Resources or a related advisory role.

- Strong understanding of HR practices and Employment Law.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- CIPD Level 5 (desired) or Level 3 with experience; study support available after probation.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.

Working Hours:

- Choose between 37.5 - 42.5 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Monday to Friday and one weekend every three weeks.

- Shift hours range from early starts (6am) to evenings (8pm) for flexibility:

- Shift patterns available: 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm.
