We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Careers Advisor to join Fieldfisher's Early Careers Recruitment Team on a fixed-term contract.
This role will assist with the attraction and recruitment of graduates and legal apprentices across Birmingham, London and Manchester.
Please note that regular travel between our UK offices is a requirement for this role.
What You'll Do:
- Manage selection and attraction activities.
- Organise and attend all campus recruitment events.
- Coordinate the firm's university and school relationships.
- Present at careers events such as open evenings, insight days etc.
- Act as a key contact within early careers for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle.
- Organise and coordinate assessment centres.
- Complete telephone interviews.
- Manage applicant-tracking system.
- Support the organisation of vacation schemes, in-office events, and diversity & inclusion events.
- Support the wider team on Inclusiveness and Diversity initiatives.
- Respond to incoming queries via email and telephone.
- Supporting onboarding activities.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across Early Careers/Talent
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Early Careers in a legal environment (professional services experience will also be considered).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to adapt communication style to accommodate all level of stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and with conflicting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
