Description
Reporting direct to the Head of HR, the Senior HR Advisor will play a pivotal role in delivering a robust people services operation to the broader business.
You will be an experienced generalist HR practitioner with a full HR toolkit in;
- Employee Relations casework
- Restructures and TUPE
- Performance management - coaching and upskilling of line leaders
- Employee engagement
- Policy and procedure
- Learning and development
- HRIS usage and maintenance
Profile
The successful applicant will ideally have demonstrable experience from an education and/or multi-site operation in an advisory role
