In this role as a Senior HR Advisor, you will be an important part of the Human Resources team, serving as a key point of contact for HR-related queries and issues. Your expertise will be critical in advising and supporting staff on all HR matters.

Our client is a growing educational trust in Greater Manchester, looking to build their People team in order to deliver a strong people services offering to the wider organisation, to support with growth

Description

Reporting direct to the Head of HR, the Senior HR Advisor will play a pivotal role in delivering a robust people services operation to the broader business.

You will be an experienced generalist HR practitioner with a full HR toolkit in;

  • Employee Relations casework
  • Restructures and TUPE
  • Performance management - coaching and upskilling of line leaders
  • Employee engagement
  • Policy and procedure
  • Learning and development
  • HRIS usage and maintenance

Profile

The successful applicant will ideally have demonstrable experience from an education and/or multi-site operation in an advisory role
