Sonic Summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Joiner for a contract position in Manchester with a leading Social Housing company.
The successful candidate will earn £21.20 per hour on a CIS basis, with overtime paid at enhanced rates.
Core working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, and a van and fuel card will be provided.
Candidates must have City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent qualifications, along with joinery experience and a full UK driving license.
This role is temporary with the potential for permanent placement, and the ideal candidate should be prepared to conduct repairs, maintenance, and quality checks.

For the successful Joiner our client is offering:

£21.20 oh CIS
Umbrella PAYE
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Call out rota (if wanted)
Temporary - Permanent
Van and Fuel card provided

The Role: Joiner

Working throughout Manchester
Joinery
Repairs and maintenance
Conduct regular quality checks
Following health and safety regulations
Restocking materials

What our client is looking for in a Joiner

City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent ESSENTIAL
Joinery Experience ESSENTIAL
Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
