Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Joiner for a contract position in Manchester with a leading Social Housing company.
The role offers a salary of £21.20 per hour on a CIS basis, with overtime paid at enhanced rates.
Candidates must have a City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent, along with joinery experience and a full UK driving license.
The job involves working on joinery, repairs, maintenance, and conducting quality checks while adhering to health and safety regulations.
This is a temporary-to-permanent position, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, and a van and fuel card provided.

For the successful Joiner our client is offering:

£21.20 oh CIS
Umbrella PAYE
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Call out rota (if wanted)
Temporary - Permanent
Van and Fuel card provided

The Role: Joiner

Working throughout Manchester
Joinery
Repairs and maintenance
Conduct regular quality checks
Following health and safety regulations
Restocking materials
