As the Lead Legal Advisory Manager, you will oversee a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-tier legal advice and support. This management position is pivotal in ensuring the team meets its objectives, maintains high professional standards, and continuously improves internal functions.**Role Responsibilities:**- Support Legal and Financial Information Advisors, ensuring they have the resources to excel.- Monitor call volumes and individual call states to maintain team availability.- Provide immediate feedback and super-coaching, review quality assessments, and oversee training.- Act as a point of contact for clients and organisations with queries.- Assist in investigating complaints and liaise with clients and management regarding service issues.- Maintain and expand the unique offerings within the legal and financial team.- Identify areas for learning and ensure necessary research and self-learning.- Conduct reviews and 1-1s with the support of a departmental Lead.- Demonstrate the ability to work with a variety of individuals, including those who are distressed.**What You Bring:**- Experience in an employee assistance programme or similar professional environment.- Supervisory or managerial experience.- A Law Degree, Legal Practice Certificate, or similar qualification.- Understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct and the BACP Ethical Framework.- Experience reviewing legal documents, business agreements, and completing commercial legal research.- Proven ability to engage clients, colleagues, and senior management through various communication methods.- A track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets.- Ability to complete project work to a high standard.- Self-sufficiency, innovation, and drive, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.- Experience with safeguarding issues is desirable but not required.This role is designed for a driven individual ready to lead and inspire a team while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.
