Office Angels are currently recruiting for Case Administrators on behalf of our prestigious client based in Manchester City Centre. If you are looking to work for a company where you can help make a real difference and where the work you do genuinely does matter than this is the role/company for you!


This will initially be a 6 month temporary contract which could lead to a permanent opportunity. This will be a hybrid role where you will be expected to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per month, although you will need to attend the office more while training. The pay rate will be 13 per hour and after 12 weeks you will be entitled to the weekly equivalent of 38 days holiday per annum.


Duties will include:
* Provide administration support to the team
* Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Dealing with incoming queries and correspondence and responding via phone and in writing in a prompt and professional manner
* Drafting letters and responses to enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
* Updating inhouse systems
* Supporting with the organisation and facilitation of team meetings

We are looking for candidates with:
* Previous administration experience with excellent attention to detail
* The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service ensuring the needs of all customers are met
* Strong communication skills face to face, over the phone and in writing
* Great organisational skills and the ability to work on a range of tasks
* Experience of relevant software including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internal systems
