About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Personal Injury Prison Claims Litigation Executive to join our OL/PL team. The role will be to support a caseload of pre, and post issue fast track Personal Injury Prisoner claim cases.

We have high quality non-CMC sources for all our work, ensuring that our lawyers only deal with genuine cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with a caseload of Personal Injury Prisoner claims.
  • Conducting thorough legal research
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements
  • Working in a target driven, fast paced environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the successful outcome of cases.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

Person Specification

  • LLB Law degree required.
  • Previous experience supporting with either claimant or defendant personal injury caseload.
  • Genuine tenacity.
  • Good customer care skills including empathy and the ability to obtain information.
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Administration or telephone-based customer service background is preferable.
  • Previous experience working in personal injury law firm is a distinct advantage.
  • A focus on advancing cases to and through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £25,250 annual salary
  • Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday.
  • 3/2 hybrid working pattern after probation.
  • 23 days holiday a year, rising to 26 days, plus public/bank holidays.
