The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid culinary background who is looking to progress their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section within the kitchen, ensuring food preparation and presentation meet our high standards. You will work alongside a dedicated team to create delicious and innovative dishes, with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of your designated section in the kitchen.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the hotels menu offerings.
Ensure food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to health and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and assist with stock management.
Take responsibility for your sections mise en place and prep, ensuring all ingredients are ready for service.
Support senior chefs and assist in menu development when required.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a high-volume, quality kitchen.
A strong passion for food and culinary excellence.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding dishes.
Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
