Our amazing client, a 2 Rosette Kitchen near Manchester, is in search of an experienced Sous Chef. This property is a busy outlet catering for up to 120 covers per service. You would be in charge operationally of a team of 10 chefs and is very much focused on consistency of standards in the years coming so requires an operator who can lead from the line as a true people leader.
