The role
As a General Manager you will manage the floor of the operation, report to the owners/investors the results, meet budgets and train staff. You will ensure everything runs smoothly, that the unit has a good name, that regular social media posts go out in a creative way. You will also work with the kitchen manager regarding the concept and the menu ideas. This role will include all the standard General Manager duties.
Experience
We are looking for a General Manager who is a general manager or a AGM ready to step up. You will be able to run a floor, standard driven, able to come up with ideas.
