General Manager - Quick service venue

General Manager required for a quick service unit that uses fresh food & very different to many quick service operations, they want the GM's to have an input in the menu and the direction of the operation. Unlike some quick service units, you will not be just a number, you will really be part of the team. As a General Manager you will manage the operation. They have around 20 seats plus takeaway & food delivery. They are massive on digital marketing posts and the general manager will be involved in this strategy. Salary £35k, General Manager & good career opportunities. 


The role
As a General Manager you will manage the floor of the operation, report to the owners/investors the results, meet budgets and train staff. You will ensure everything runs smoothly, that the unit has a good name, that regular social media posts go out in a creative way. You will also work with the kitchen manager regarding the concept and the menu ideas. This role will include all the standard General Manager duties.
