Grill Chef

We are currently seeking a skilled Grill Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in preparing delicious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation particulary for grilling and a keen eye for detail. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to customers while maintaing high standard of food safety and hygiene.Responsibilities:

• • Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensure each dish meets our quality standards.
• • Supervising, organising and training kitchen staff
• • Manage the whole grill section of the kitchen.
• • Ensure the food quality, standard and taste
• • Ensure the cleanliness of the grill, surrounding areas and utensils to comply with health and safety
• • Ensure compliance with food safety standards
• • Attend health and safety course in food preparation
• • Monitor inventory levels of grillng supplies and communicate needs to management.
• • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.

Requirements:• Proven experience of Grill Cook for a minimum of 4 years• Experience in team management within kitchen setting is advantageous• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment• Excellent understanding of food safety practices.
