Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our hospitality kitchen team at a large-scale, multi-outlet site, catering to over 5000 people on peak days. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-end dining operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a large kitchen team across multiple outlets.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of top-quality food and service.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including stock control, inventory, and supplier management.
- Develop innovative menus and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Enforce health and safety standards and maintain kitchen hygiene.

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen role in large, high-volume venues.
