Reporting to the Senior Development Chemist, you'll play a key role in formulating innovative and existing products while ensuring detailed records and reports are maintained.Duties:• Assist in creating and enhancing blended products, with a focus on quality and performance.• Prepare technical documentation, SAP entries, and liaise with Quality Control on specifications and safety sheets.• Collaborate across departments, including Production, Marketing, and Commercial, to bring new product concepts to life.• Stay informed about trends and advancements in the market.• Maintain a clean and safe lab environment and follow all health and safety protocols.Qualifications and Experience:• Ideally qualified to BSc level in a Chemistry related subject however candidates with an HNC/HND are also encouraged to apply.• Experience working in a lab and collaborating with colleagues across teams.• Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.• An understanding of product development or industrial lab experience would be beneficial.Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
