Role Overview:As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships across the Midlands region. You will manage both new and existing clients, exceeding sales targets while ensuring that all activities align with our client's quality and safety standards. The role offers autonomy and the chance to make a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all customers and sites within the designated area, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth in line with regional budgets.
  • Retain and grow the existing customer base while revitalizing dormant accounts.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Conduct site surveys and assist with Health & Safety assessments as required.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across your region.
