Business Development Manager - Requirements & Responsibilities

  • MUST HAVE INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE
  • Will be responsible for nurturing accounts and account retention
  • Strong sales acumen - driven by lead sourcing to win new business
  • You will be in a business development or client facing operational role
  • Must possess the desire to succeed and have a clear focus on hitting targets consistently
  • Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills
  • Develop new business opportunities through a mix of research, cold calling and relationship building
  • Will be pro-active and driven in approach
  • Commercially minded with high-level attention to detail
  • Present the company’s unique service in a clear, confident manner ensuring that the features and benefits of the service and communicated effectively
  • Will thrive in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Delivering confident, well-researched and individually tailored sales presentations
