This CRM Executive opportunity is positioned in a leading law firm and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the CRM system. Reporting in the Senior CRM Executive, this role is embedded in the Client and Marketing function and will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a robust CRM database: This includes data cleansing, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR, and processing data change requests efficiently.
- Streamlining CRM processes: Identifying opportunities to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Providing exceptional client support: Responding to CRM-related queries, assisting with data inquiries, and conducting user training sessions.
- Driving CRM strategy: Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies that enhance client retention, acquisition, and engagement.
- Generating insightful reports: Monitoring key CRM metrics and analyzing system performance to inform business decisions.
- Supporting email marketing campaigns: Assisting with list management, template development, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
The successful candidates for the role will have proven experience and passion about data driven marketing within a legal and/or professional services environment.
Technical exposure to InterAction is preferable as well as experience with email marketing tools such as Vuture is desirable
