Our client are seeking a talented E-commerce Manager to develop and implement online marketing strategies, drive web traffic, and optimise online presence for trade customers. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of E-commerce web management, online marketing and E-commerce platforms inc Shopify, Amazon and ebay.

Our client is a well-established manufacturing and production company, selling products to B2B and trade customers. A market leader in their product category, they are headquartered in Manchester, they serve clients both domestically and internationally.

Description

The E-commerce Manager role will include:

  • Develop and implement strategic ecommerce plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Taking ownership for platforms including Shopify website, Amazon, and Ebay.
  • Manage online product and category pages with an emphasis on customer experience.
  • Analyse data to monitor website performance and customer engagement, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Coordinate with IT department to ensure website functionality and performance.
  • Oversee and manage company's overall ecommerce presence.
  • Work closely with digital marketing team to drive traffic to website.
  • Being involved with key customers and sales journey's where necessary.

Profile

A successful E-commerce Manager should have:

  • 2+ years experience in E-commerce roles
  • Working knowledge of seller channels such as Amazon seller central.
  • Experience managing channels including Shopify, Amazon, and Ebay.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Willingness to attend customer and trade events where necessary.
  • Ideally B2B - trade product experience - not essential.
  • A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail.
