The key purpose of this role is to assist in the delivery of full occupancy across our nationwide portfolio of purpose-built accommodation. In this pivotal role you will offer a truly end-to-end sales experience: not only securing daily sales but then completing the customer's journey by converting these into confirmed, contracted bookings. As such, you will be an integral part of the department and the business.

This is a very exciting opportunity to join the company during a period of ambitious growth. This is a permanent, full-time role, to be based at our Head Office in Cheadle, Cheshire with some travel to site as and when necessary.

Key tasks for the role will be:

Sales

  • Manage the customer sales cycle from enquiry through to completion
  • Assisting with sales leads to cover multiple channels
  • Liaise with local site teams and support them in their sales activity and performance
  • Remain aware of local market activity, competitors, product offering and market trends
  • Attendance of trade fairs as and when required


After Sales

  • Assisting the Services Team as and when required
  • Any other ad hoc activities as and when reasonably required.
