Trafford Park, Manchester

£23,000 - £28,000 Plus commission

£45,000 OTE

Office based (no hybrid working) 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday & 8am - 3pm Friday

Our client is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join our business to business sales team based in Trafford Park.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience in industries such as Construction, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Hydraulic Services, Crane & Lifting and Industrial Supplies but this isn’t essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct introductory calls (initial fact-find / qualification) to new customers offering them a free sample pack of industry specific products.
  • Process customer orders and liaise with the relevant internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Record all information and contact details on a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Industrial/technical sales experience
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding targets
  • Be target driven and motivated personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident telephone manner when dealing with people
  • Great influencing and negotiation abilities
  • Computer savvy
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
