THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Marketing & Administration Manager you will be the forefront and face of NSTR. You will take control of all office operations, process atomization, online marketing and administration duties, in a fast paced, recruitment environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing & strategy
  • Creating and uploading content for social media channels, specifically LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram
  • Creating documents and marketing material for internal and external use such as pitch decks, job specs & pdfs
  • Improvement & regular review of existing processes, policies, office tools etc.
  • Ad hoc research projects to assist consultants, Directors and overall performance of the business.
  • Updating the website
  • Email marketing
  • Administration
  • Keeping the CRM organised, cleansed and optimised
  • Answering the phone, transferring calls and taking messages
  • Staff inductions on systems, processes & policies
  • First point of contact for any issues, lateness, discrepancies, staff disciplinaries & actioning in appropriate and HR compliant fashion.
  • General office maintenance.
  • Running internal & external office events.
  • Agreeing quarterly budgets to allow flexibility and feasibility to plan internal events such as Birthdays, wellbeing events, socials etc.
  • Provide full support to & assistance to Directors
  • Diary management and updating internal calendars

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience if most/ all core responsibilities
  • Energy and enthusiasm to be the face and first line of contact for NSTR
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, OneDrive and teams
  • Experience of Canva for marketing
  • Some experience marketing for social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
  • Eagerness to help the business grow and develop
  • A proven track record and example of adding value & introducing new ideas.
