National Sales Manager - OEM opportunity available with our client, a world-leading manufacturer of air & water pump systems for commercial, residential, and agricultural use, with a great package on offer, including a basic salary of up to £59k, a fantastic bonus structure, company vehicle choice, 33 days holiday, private healthcare, and competitive pension scheme.

Our client offers customised, energy-efficient OEM pump solutions for HVAC, building services, water management, and industrial applications. Their compact, high-performance pumps integrate seamlessly into third-party systems, featuring smart technology for remote monitoring and predictive maintenance. With global compliance and expert engineering support, they provide high-efficiency circulators, submersible pumps, and booster solutions designed for reliability and low operating costs.

This role will involve being responsible for the OEM customer sales sector of our client's business, working with client both in the UK and occasionally in Ireland, and will include managing existing OEM accounts, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and promoting the companies range of products to the UK & Ireland OEM market.

National Sales Manager - OEM Job Requirements

  • Strong OEM sales background within the M&E sector, with HVAC and pumps experience desirable
  • Based centrally in the UK, ideally within the Midlands or Yorkshire, but candidates will be considered nationwide
  • Confident in leading and working alongside both external and internal sales teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong knowledge of CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence, and happy to travel across the UK and Ireland

National Sales Manager - OEM Salary & Benefits

  • Salary £55,000 - £59,000, negotiable depending on experience
  • Yearly OTE bonus of between £6k - £10k, with additional available for exceeding targets
  • Company vehicle provided, with a choice of a fully electric or hybrid car
  • 33 days holiday (25 + Bank Holiday's)
