- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and performance using CRM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal recruitment specialists to ensure seamless client experience.
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Facilities Management sector desirable
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
