Our client is Manchester largest independent estate agent and they are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to Join their team.

With an impressive track record of selling £246 million worth of properties and managing over 3500 properties totalling £609 million in 2023, they are a trusted and successful player in the industry.

Job Role:

They are looking for an exception al candidate to help develop their Manchester sales and investments department.

This role is perfect for a sales negotiator looking to take the next steps in management.

Duties include:

• Investor database - build up, work with and maintain relationships with investors to sell off market stock• Work closely with all sales, property management and lettings departments to generate leads• Carry out sales valuations• Attend networking events on behalf of the company• Develop social media output• Oversee compliance - AML, lettings certification• Visit properties and prepare marketing• Produce photos, video, floorplan• Use of sales, lettings, and property management systems• Prepare reports and liaise with vendors, buyers, tenants and landlords• Carry out viewings• Monitor the sales market on weekly basis for trends• Produce weekly/monthly reports for CEO• Present to CEO and senior management• Property experience essential• Use of own car essential
