With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service and expertise, my client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join their team as a key member of the business where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with enterprise clients.

Our client is looking for a tenacious, high achiever with experience from within a telematics / Fleet Management industry who has experience and success in high level sales and business generation.

Package:

  • Salary base: £45,000 - £65,000 (completely dependent on experience)

  • Location of the successful candidate will need to be somewhere with access to major motorway routes

Senior Sales Manager key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver tailored sales solutions
  • Provide sales leadership and guidance to junior sales team members
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition

Senior Sales Manager requirements and key attributes:
