Sanderson Recruitment have exclusively partnered with unique SaaS organisation based in Manchester City Centre in search for their new Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join the business to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and to oversee the day to day running of the business.

The role will oversee a number of teams including Technology & Product, Customer Success, Marketing, People & HR and Sales. Currently this organisation outsources its Payroll and Credit Control and has the support of a fractional CFO, it would be beneficial for the incoming COO to have a background in Accountancy & Finance and understand the complexities of financial modelling, cash flow forecasting, and building a longer-term financial strategic plan.

Following a recent fund-raise, there are several exciting projects in the pipeline including a brand-new platform and an expansion into the US market, we are searching for an individual who can navigate the more nuanced parts of business growth while building and maintaining strong relationships internally with key personnel and ensuring the organisations customer experience is at the heart of all decisions.

We are looking for a self-confident, high achieving problem solver to work side by side with the CEO to manage the day to day running of the business who can think outside the box without any guidance. Within a fast-paced environment.
