The Role:As a Nursery Nurse, youll play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children to thrive. Youll be hands-on with planning, observing, and supporting development in line with the EYFS, while being a positive and engaging key person to your group of children.
Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards
Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities
Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and their families
Complete observations, learning journals and developmental assessments
Maintain a safe, clean and inclusive learning environment
Work collaboratively with your team to support the needs of the setting
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
Experience in a nursery or early years setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding best practices
A caring, enthusiastic and reliable team player
Excellent communication and organisational skills
