Check Management Support Engineer

Carbon60 is working with a well renowned worldwide MRO company to find a Check Management Support Engineer in both Manchester and Birmingham.

In the role of Check Management Support Engineer you will be working alongside the Check Manager, Commercial and materials Co-Ordinator to oversee effective project and delivery of aircrafts back to customer within the agreed timescale.

Duties and Responsibilities of Check Management Support Engineer:

- Work alongside customer to ensure all over and above tasks are signed off onsite by rep before work commencing and before any potential over-runs.
- Create and Maintain task card over-runs for commercial and base management review.
- Advise on non productive bookings.
- Monitor budget on task card.
- Produce daily customer status reports keeping to schedule.
-Daily progress meeting with Check Manager and customer.

Skills of Check Management Support Engineer:

-Apprenticeship or equivalent in aviation or similar mechanical engineering field
- Ability to work in an ever changing environment and adaptability to meet the changing needs.
- Having strong organisational and people skills.
- Awareness of commercial needs.
-Must have a full UK Driving Licence.
-Proficient using MS office in particular Excel.
