We are pleased to be working with a well established UK wide civil structural consultancy to recruit a civil engineer to join a growing Manchester office offering the opportunity to contribute in the design of a range of medium and large-scale infrastrucutre and public realm projects 

As a Civil Design Engineer you will join an established and team with the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of projects from inception to completion, and opportunity to advance and progress your career. The role offers hybrid working 2 or 3 days a week from home.

About you and the role

  • As a civil design engineer you will have 3 years or more experience in civils design
  • Good working knowledge of softwares such as Civil 3D, Microdrainage, Causeway Flow
  • An understanding of drainage design, SUDS, highways, cut and fill analysis desirable
  • Opportunity to get involved in both technical and project management.
  • Ideally an understanding of some of section 38, 278 (Highways Act) and.or section 104, 106 and 185 (Water industry Act) agreements
