A leading, established andhighly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seek the solid appointment of an experienced and commercially talented Electrical Project Engineerfrom an M&E / Building Services electricalinstallation projectsbackgroundto join their exciting planned growth and continuedsuccess.

You will be involved with projects that can range from 1.5M-20M

We are looking to make an immediate appointment and this is a genuinely exciting time to be a part of this growth campaign.

Candidates highly sought after are those naturally from an M&E / Building Services background, ideally with directworking experience in theproject deliveryof electrical installations and all electrical related services you would expect to find in commercial and industrial environments.

You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the delivery of a project from a technical aspect. This role reports to a Project Manager or Contracts Manager and is both office and site based as necessary to support project requirements.

You will becomefamiliar with all the project details, design and specifications whilst collatingtechnical submittals detailed by the Contracts / Project Manager and then manage this process.

Candidates sought will have experience of RFI's and keeping RFI schedules up to date, organising plant and equipment, checking that the correct and up to date drawings are being utilised on site, monitoring compliance of sub contractors, attending site meetings, communicating with QS' and ensuring any variations are met with the right materials etc.

You will manage the compliance of all Building Regulations, Standards and Health & Safety Regulations, EHSQ policies and compile the Operations and Maintenance Manuals forcommissioning and handover.

Should you have this kind of experience, or certainly most of it, have a Bachelor Degree Level in Engineering or an Electricaltrade background in a similar discipline, have a comprehensive understanding of tendering process', a working knowledge in MS Project, MS Office Suite and are willing to learn and adapt to different elements of a project, then we want to hear from you for immediate consideration.
