Working Set-Up - Manchester (M44) - 3 days per week in office

Salary - 40,000-45,000

The Role:

Leo Technology are working with a Manchester based Food and Beverage Packaging company, who are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the businesses critical infrastructure systems. You'll be required to have a strong understanding of a range of technologies and will be required to work collaboratively with the wider IT team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of IT services.

You'll be the final point of escallation and will act as a source of technical expertise. The core focuses on this role will be - The technical resolution of tickets, building out technical processes and procedures, and working across a mixture of on-prem and cloud-based technologies.

The Person:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy & Certificate Services)
  • Experience with Linux, VMWare, Windows Storage, and Microsoft Online Admin
  • Strong communication skills
  • Prior experience working in 1st / 2nd line support (Note - This is a 3rd line support role)
