We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a Commercial Fit-Out scheme in Manchester. This is a key project with one of our best business partners, involving the installation of new Air Handling Units (AHUs), ductwork, and VRV Air Conditioning packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the mechanical aspects of the commercial fit-out, ensuring all works are completed to specification and within the required timeframes.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure the installation of AHUs, ductwork, and VRV systems meets quality and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines, and report regularly to senior management.
• Address and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably in commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of AHUs, ductwork, and VRV Air Conditioning systems.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
