Our Client is a building services specialist, experienced in providing complete mechanical and electrical services to largescale city centre projects.Due to continued growth my client is looking for a ProjectManager (Mech bias)to join an exciting and fast-growing team.(Perm)

Their ideal candidate will:
- Have worked on large scale commercialprojects.
- Some Elec experience.
- Used to working in a fast paced environment.
- Strong leader who can provide solutions fast.
- Report directly to the Mech Operations Manager.
- Experience with fit-out and new build would be desirable.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Management of site management team, Site Managers and Site Supervisors
- Attend and minute a weekly Operational Meeting to keep each other appraised from both a health and safety and programming point of view.
- Attendance at site visits / meetings.
