We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our client's team due to continued success and growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer with a background in design and coordination of civil engineering projects to advance their career. Our client offers a full spectrum of civil engineering design, procurement, coordination, and project management services, supporting clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. They handle projects exceeding 100 million in value, providing both multi-disciplinary consultancy services and specialist technical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate effectively with various disciplines, including architects, building services engineers, project managers, and cost managers, on multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Represent the company in project meetings, liaising with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare Flood Risk Assessments (FRA), drainage strategies, and provide other pre-planning advice.
  • Conduct site visits to carry out technical assessments and resolve any issues.

Key Requirements

  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary organisation.
  • Chartered status (ideally).
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, particularly Civil 3D.
  • In-depth knowledge of drainage design, SUDS, highways, and cut and fill analysis.
  • Experience with foul and surface drainage, as well as minor roadway design.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver projects from inception to completion, including producing calculations, drawings, and specifications.
